The clearance could be off between the booster and the master cyl pushrod. the booster might be pushing on the breaks all the time if theres no clearance.

you need to adjust the pushrod, it is set too long

my pedal right now is loose and not pressing on the booster at all...

Check here http://www.binghamtonlife.com/...4.jpg My son had problems with all 4 brakes draging. The booster had to be adjusted. He has no brake drag now

i dont even know how to use that thing or have the tools i plan just put on my old booster back on with my new master clyinder ...will that work at least?

take off the prop valve.

and i think the pushrood is in the prop valve, i think you can just screw it to tighten it, im not sure, but trial and error, unless you go to autozone and get the 3-4 dollar peice to see propper clearance.

well my old stock booster and clyinder works great until after i install this 2 new parts then it just locked up

its the pushrod.... have it adjusted or do it yourself and you will see..
