Default Bushings??

I have a 1996 Prelude with about all of the bushings in some way damged. I am going to replace them, my question is just, what setup would you suggest (I want a full bushing kit), how long will it take, how hard is it, and could I do it myself if I have never done it before. Or should I fork over the money and have a shop do it. The reason I am doing this is because I have Koni yellows in the back and KYB AGB in the front, I was told that these can go from very stiff to very smooth. I have changed them however and they dont move in their stiffness. I believe it has something to do with the bushings. Any suggestions will help, thanks.

If you are talking about ride quality, bushings have nothing to do with damper rate adjustment.

If you are talking about replacing your bushings with polyurethane, there have been many good threads that already cover this topic. Even recently. Maybe someone will tell you how to find them.

if u changed the setting on the struts and the stiffness or softness didnt change most likely the struts themselves are gone.
