its a b18a1, b20 exhaust cam, fuel pressure reg. intake, and 2.5 exhaust.
i did bad today too, couldnt launch, and spun too much but heres my times.
r/t .470
60 - 2.26
330 - 6.35
mph - 14.64

is your car bogging at all after the 60 foot? Sounds like it should be alittle faster than that. Just a thought.

ok well, my tires are some bald *** falkon ziex's. 195 50 15s on some 35 offset wheels. i have traction problems as of now in 1st and shifting into 2nd, so i tried to take off easy and ended up wheel hopping like a bitch.
w/ my d16a1 before i was running 10.3 w/ all boltons and stripped.

i just need some good tires, camber kit, better suspension, maybe some headers. who knows. and practice at taking off etc...

Times are sorta on the slow side...but the trap speed is pretty good. I ran a 9.3@76 with just I/H/E on my b18a. Better suspension and Jimfab x-member will knock atleast .3 off of those times id say...and some practice at launching.

BTW-I just noticed that you were from gboro. Did you make this run at Piedmont? Nice to see more ef's with b18's around here. Ive had my swap for 2 years and i still love it

Same question, except I thought it would be detrimental compared to the stock camshaft.

how is runnin 14.6 a 15 second car???

i just bought an LS CRX and the owner before me ran 14.9 with no traction with bald tires, so id say ls crx's arent 15 second cars.

14.6 is not his 1/4 time...he is running on an 1/8th mile track...those 1/8th look like a low 15 sec to high 14 sec 1/4 time.

People usually put a b20 exhaust cam in their car for better mid range tq. Those numbers arent that bad for piedmont. Me and piedmont dont get along too well...i broke an axle there one time...and then i blew then engine on the first run out there when it was boosted . I havent been out with the new setup(cams, S2 IM, jimfab x-member, avs-es100's, and a few other things)...but im hoping for high 8's. I need a valve job BAD. But that should be taken care of after Darrell *** gets ahold of it
