Does anyone know how to do this or done this before? Instructions anytthing....would be cool thanks. This is for a 96 Accord.

not familar with accords...but u take out your cluster and paint the bulbs blue...not all of them just the ones that are lighting up the numbers and such

It says they are LED. Basically you are converting your bulbed cluster into an LED one like the RSX. You gotta solder LEDs and stuff. Don't know how to do that sorry.

That **** is annoying; I drive a lot of those new euro cars and **** at work and wow they're real bright.
