Got a 88 EF DX hatch. My plan is a brand new ITR short block, with a jdm B16 head, and JDM B16 cable trans. I do plan on ITR valvetrain, cams, manifold ETC.. I am buying a jdm b16a swap for all the parts. Now for my question, should i just run the motor on the b16a ecu until it is broken in so i can tune it with vafc, or hondata? Or should i chip a p28 to run a itr motor from the start? I can build the motor, but i am unclear on what to run it off of...
