auto gearbox shifting
is it o.k if when i drive my car to put it into N on stop lights and then put it intp 1st, 2nd , D , because im so used to having a stick i just do it automatically sometimes

It might put some extra unnecessary wear on the transmission, im not sure. Autos don't seem too happy when you manually shift them usually though. Just put it in D and let it do it's thing.
Don't do it. It WILL **** up the tranny. I used to do it on my LS and I blew out my 4th and Reverse. So I swapped it to a GSR tranny. Anyways... my original tranny lasted about 60K miles shifting it like that.
As long as you make sure the car is stopped before you put the car in drive you should be fine.. it's only when your engine is turning over idle and the torque converter has to even out the engine with the rest of your drivetrain that you put undue pressure on your transmission.

added wear and tear...going from 1 to 2 to D isnt that big of a deal, really NOT a big deal, but in and out of drive and nuetral is.
prelude auto trannies are kinda crappy anyway, dont need to do anymore to them.
