Default help installin cat-back

hey i got greddy evo2 on my 2000 GSR everything should b pretyy straight forward?

Yep. Some bolts might be a pain to get out, so use an impact wrench. WD-40 will help get the rubber hangers out.

should be cake. i have a 96 teg living in mn all its life and i went to change my exhaust this last week and everything came out easy.

Take off the axel back before removing the whole catback. I would remove the bolts before removing the hangers also. But i guess it doesnt matter.

just soak your bolts in some PB Blaster and you'll be fine.....an impact wrench is always nice if you have access to air tools......and if you know someone w/a lift, that always makes things easier! thats how i did mine anywayz!

the 3 bolts that mount the catback to the catalytic converter are usaully rusted. u might need to heat them up, then take a socket and hammer it on there. then u should be able to turn the bolt. hardest part in install n a catback it get n off the rusted bolts
