Default Which Head is better? The gsr or b16?

which head is better, Stock wise .. and whichi head would yield better results after port and polish. I dunno whether to trade my gsr head for my friends 00si head. Thanks.. i would probably get a set of b16 pistons installed if i get the b16 head to help the compression... but the money can be better spent on something else.. if a b16 head will yield me no gains. tahnks

I think the gsr head flows better stock. Depends on the block you put the head on. If they are both port and polished they will flow sorta equally good. The compression of the block on the head and the pistons you use will show how much power you make. A b16 head on a gsr block will give you .3 compression less than a gsr head on a gsr block would give you. I would stick with your gsr head. peace
