Default OT: Test drove the SRT-4 or RSX-S. Also some random pictures.

Im sure there have been threads and reveiws of these two cars so if you have already read them dont bother reading mine. I just thought I would express my opinion on the two.

SRT-4

At the Dodge dealership I got hooked up with a pretty cool salesman, nice guy from Hawaii who decided he would let me take it for a drive even though Im pretty young.

Overall I was very impressed with the power of the vehicle, turbo lag really sucks but right around 4k the feeling is pretty cool. Interior is not impressive although I did not expect it to be. Transmission felt "grindy", thats pretty much the only word I can use to describe it.

I like the look of the car personally but I know a lot of people who dislike it.

RSX-S

Pretty decent car. Happy with the acceleration yet the handling and suspension were lacking. The interior is really something in this car, the speedo and climate control are really nice and the seats are impressive.

Personally prefer the styling of the integra but overall its no all bad. The 05 seem to be a little nicer with the different styled lights.

I really dont know which one I would pick if it came down to it. I really enjoy Honda/Acura but that feeling of boost is really addicting.

Also trying to get a little better with my Photography. Let me know.

You must not drive very many Turbo cars. There is almost no lag on the SRT4 as is spools very quikly.

Maybe lag as in no power below a certain RPM? All turbos have that to a point... after that RPM some spool faster than others. Above 4K mine is instant-on... but below that it takes a little while.

This pretty much sums up my feelings about the rsx-s. My friend has one and we have come to the conclusion that itr seats are way more comfy. The red gauges are cool, too, but I don't like that zero is oriented at 6 o'clock.
