Default Clunking noise when going over a bump or turning

I hear clunking noise coming from my drivers side when going over a bump or turning. I just replaced the lower balljoint this week, any chance thats its the tie rods that are the problem. Ive checked everything else as fas as the suspension goes. Id its the tie rods, what does acura charge for the part?

also my car also pulls to the left as well, someone told me all these symptoms are that usually of a bad tie rod
