wat's a good clutch to get?
For daily driving - you can't beat the OEM clutch
No clutch is going to like high-rpm launches.
The more aggressive the clutch - the less friendly it is for daily driving.
Up in Alaska - I would stick with OEM so you don't break stuff in that cold climate of yours.

Yeah, the stock R clutch can do autoX/HPDE/and occasional drag strip use. It's easy to use, doesn't screech, doesn't chatter, only problem I ever had was when practicing launches on a country road (serioulsly smoked her.. the smell was horrible.. with only 3000 miles on the car haha).
Unless you're making gobs of torque, what else would you want in a clutch? Do you really NEED to chirp 2nd/3rd gear when shifting?

holy ****, i never realized the "street racing" part. regardless, you are a ******* idiot assuming that we're going to give you advice about performance parts that will go towards street racing. it's you fucktards that put others in danger.
there's no way we're going to contribute to it.

If you're looking for the best performing, highest quality clutches available, then Clutch Masters is what you want. The FX100 street system with 70% over stock holding capacity is good for those who have added exhaust, intake and up to a 50 shoot. This clutch is engineered for heavy duty street use. This is what I use and what my favorite speed shop recommends. Of coarse I only take advantage of this clutch at my local 1/8 mile strip and not on the street.
