They were not available in the USA for 2004.

 

I guess you can buy one in Japan.

Please do some searches before asking a question.
To return to your question, there is no Type R in the States for 04 and possibly 05. But who knows, maybe they are thinking to get us another R or Rs to States.

 

dc2-R=stopped making in 2001
dc5-R=currently available only in japan

Either way, you aren't going to have much luck.

Yeah, in the US, 97, 98 (White), 00 and 01 (Yellow/black) were the only years we saw them in the states. Canada had them in 99 (White) too.

In Japan, the RSX is still called the Integra (Honda Integra of course), so they RSX (Integra) Type R exists in Japan but still not here. You really want a DC2 ITR though, best of the crop

I've tried contacted that website, but I did not get any response when I was considering buying a JDM car before I consider swap a JDM motor. If someone has successfully bought a JDM car from them, I would like to know your experience and possibly how much did you pay for your car and the time.

 

Stay away from Evolution Imports. Turns out they're a total scam, a whole bunch of guys tried getting Evo VIIs from them a year or two ago, got completely screwed over. Search for it on http://www.evolutionm.net (I think that's the forum).

Same here.

Wanted to pick up a 6.5 TME not long ago (~1 year) and they told me sure, send them a deposit, called them up, etc, then no answer, no reply to email, they are real bad at customer service. Whatever they can do for the buck, I suppose. But REAL lousy. If anything went wrong, these guys would screw you over first, before fixing the problem.

Too bad, eh? That would've been badass to have a US importer of relatively cheap Evos. And the 6.5 TME would've been awfully nice...

 

i reread the threads on evolutionm.net for evolution imports and wow, they really dicked over their evo 7 buyers.

 

I love how these n00bs ask questions then leave, while all of us are busy flaming they've already made 5 new user names.

Evolution imports told me i could get an R32 gst skyline for 12,000. once i showed interest they stoped emailing me..
