im not passing smog with a stock setup. Hc is a couple points off. What adjustments can i make? ...i did sparkplugs, sparkplugs wires ..cap and rotor. What else? anyone please

 

 

What car are you trying to pass? Apparently not the turbo, since you did say stock.

You can always change the cat, but before spending the money, if you have a free re-test, drive the car to the smog shop like you stole it. This will heat up the catalytic converter enough to burn any excess hydro-carbons. It worked on my integra a year ago...
