compression 11:01 in gsr
get stock bore size OEM JDM ITR pistons - should put you around 11.4:1 compression, you'll have to have the engine taken out and the cylinder walls honed - est. labor cost $600-$1000, the pistons you can get from Mike @IPS with rings (he had a special for $275 pistons, rings, & pins)
Compression ratio has little to do with the cylinder bore size. The comp ratio is the ratio of the cylinder and combustion chamber with pistons at bottom dead center divided by same area with piston at top dead center.
To increase the comp ratio, you can mill the head the desired amount, get higher compression pistons of whatever bore you currently have, or have someone like DPR rework the combustion chambers to increase the comp ratio.
