Default Knock off CTR headlights 96-98

anyone know who may sell these, can only find black housing ones on ebay, no gunmetal, thanks in advance

i dont think the ctr headlamps for 96-98 were made with the dark housing. the only ones ive ever seen are clear housing with no amber but i might be wrong

Don't CTR's have a very light smoked plastic lens? DIY looks good, but you can't call them CTR style because they look nothing like CTR's.

yup - you're wrong

they made OEM CTR 96-98 headlamps with gunmetal (dark) housings

I got my ctr replica's from soulracing.com. I'm not sure if they still offer them, but I paid like 110 bucks for them early in 2003.

heres a comparison:

real ones...... (rodrez i borrowed your pic for comparison)




and my replicas:



yes the real ones are a tad bit darker than the replica's and they don't have the reflector over the bulb.

DIY is ok, but its a pain in the *** if you get condensation in your lens from not sealing it good enough

I did mine last week, and 3 days later they were all fogged up, im prolly gonna just order some gay ebay ones or somethin, i hate takin those bastards apart.

You can always go with the ebay black housing ones, there not that bad looking, just no amber.
