will lower compression pistons damper power?

if i was going to put 9.? pistons and resleeve a h22a motor to prep it for turbo but dont turbo it for awhile will i be losing alot of power?

Apparently no one wants to answer your question. You'll lose 10-20 horses, not too bad while you wait to get the turbo ready.
