i have my head off of my 00 civic put cam in sould i also get cam gear now. im running a 50 shot with underdrive pulleys intake hedder etc.. can i make decent times with that on a auto tranny.what about a 75 shot.?
If you're running nitrous...you should have gotten a cam gear before ever feeding it the bottle. It'll run a lot better, and you should turn in a bit of a better timeslip. I had nitrous on my Probe, but it was only 45 shot, so it was no big deal. Anything more, especially a honda (where performance parts are widely available and cheap) you should have one.

I heard auto trans is better for nitrogenation because you dont get the big revv when the clutch slips on and off in shifting. You should be good to 75, but pay attention to the gasket.
