Default Noise in front passenger side...what could it be?

Hey everyone,

In my gf 98 LS (automatic)... There is a squeky/scratchy noise coming from the front on the passenger side... Im guessing it might be coming from the wheel well or somewhere around there... I checked everything and did not find anything rubbing at all... Could it be wheel bearing? No clue... Any idea what this noise can be? Any help is appreciated... Thanks in Advance...!

I already checked the seats... Everything seems to be fine...and thats not where the noise is coming from... I'm almost 100% sure that its coming from the wheel well... Sounds like metal scraping against metal... Its not a really "loud" noise, but you can hear it while driving and it does get annoying after awhile... Any other ideas? anyone?

~Thanx

is it the brakes? check out the brakes and see if anything looks odd/off.
