No they are not. but you can put the H23 head on the F22 block in the form of a hybrid.

if the CRANKSHAFT , SHAFT, FR. BALANCER , SHAFT, RR. BALANCER ,ROD, CONNECTING is the same , wath is the mayor diferents..
