F23a1 Block/H23a Internals
Okay I have a F23a1 block that has:
Bored to 87mm
Block gaurd installed and torque plated.
Balance Shaft Deleted.
My rotating assembly:
H23a Bluetop crank 55mm mains.
Eagle rods.
Wiseco Pisons.
My original plan was to run darton dry sleeves in my H23a block but my local machine shop basically destroyed my block and sleeves. My question is will the H23a rotating assembly function in the F23a1 block. I know the modifications needed for the head as I have built a G23 before, but I have never used an H series rotating assembly in an F block. Before anyone post that I should source another H block, I already have the F23a1 block and if it can be used that's the route I want to take. Thanks in advance!

Also before anyone feels the need to tell me to "search", I have and there's no definitive answer either way, I have test fitted the crank and all feels good the thrust measurements are a little off but I don't have any new thrust washers to accurately measure.
