laggin on me
well i kinda put a ex vtec head in my cx engine with all cx parts... and it lags alot... i think it's the distributor.... the block or the engine harness... im not sure... if anyone has a clue why my car lags soo much plzz.. help me figure it out... it also pops up the check engine sign reading vtec problem and oxegen sensor... help ... thanks..
Its the transmission. Get an EX transmission.
You need to change to a 4 wire 02, because thats what the EX ECU reads...and you need to wire up VTEC.

Just have to rewire to 02 sensor. You should be using an ex ecu for vtec. If you aren't vtec isn't going to work correctly.
If you didn't wire up vtec;
If you get an ex harness it'll be plug in play
I not just extend the vtec wires from the shock tower, pressure switch, solenoid.

or straight from the ecu
