LS crank in a c1 block
well i am building an LS vtec, but i came across a bare gsr block, noe can i use my mains froman LS on this block? and will the crank go in without and real hard modification? thanks in advance

It will bolt on just fine. But before you do that you need to have a machine shop cut the caps and rebore the main bearing holes. Then you should be fine.

as long as they are within spec. and i suggest using a gsr girdle on an ls block, its veeeery nice. cheaper than the z10 and it does teh same exact thing. if u need info and how to do it, pm me
