Someone told me that the Z10 bars are a waste of money.........
I was talking to this guy on the HT board thru im who told me that the Z10 bars is a wate of money. Basically his friend has it on his teg and it didnt help at all.
I'm wondering if it'll help me, considering that I already have the Energy Suspension Hyperflex bushing kit.....and I believe that those bushings, including my poly-u motor mount inserts already do a great job to reduce wheel hop and all that....
Can anyone argue this?

z10 arms help a ton. most poeple around here can cut .2 off their 60 foot with them. they also make hte car feel a lot more solid and drive straighter. go drive a car that has them installed correctly... its amazing.
Currently, I feel "I" have no need for the Z10 kit. Yes Geoff answer ALOT of questions from me on another board. I have ES master kit + rear tranny mount inserts. My best 60 ft is 1.875 on a SOHC VTEC with 75 shot in a 93 DX HB.
I know the Z10 kit will NOT cut my times by 2 tenths for MY setup.
Mind you I'm running slicks (20x8x14) and at the edge of what they will hold traction wise with a 7200 rpm launch. If I had a B motor with same nos shot, Z10 would be a big help.
BTW the friend of a friend word = total bullshit. Gotta learn to tune YOUR combo.

i was actually mistaken and posted hastily. If you install the arms using the instructions outlined (using the stock bushings) or as highly recommended go to a balljoint, the car will handle exceptionally well
The CRX/EF kit is the best thing going for that car imo.

i have them and i feel as though it was worth it. i havent been to a track yet though. my car is better in all the reasons that people have already said. worth the $
I think I know what you are talking about mine are starting to crack, but it looks more like dry riot than anything else.
Also, you mean the Z10 will wreck aftermarket bushings or stock bushings ?

I love the bars. Not only was I able to reduce wheel hop to an minimum, I also was able to correct the caster problem I was having with the front end.
It took me 2 hours on the alignment rack, but it's done.
I'll know more when I finally get a chance to try them out at Fontana in a couple of weeks.
Definately not a waste of money.
