Default headlight positioning, please help!!

What position should the headlights be pointed? What distance from a wall, and then how far up on the wall should the beams point? Does anyone have a service manual to show Honda's method? Please help, mine are way too low, I can only see 4-5 feet in front of the car. Thanks.

just park your car on a longer road and adjust them till their comfortable, then pull like ten or 15 feet from a wall and fine tune them so they are even. or go the auto parts store or library and read the book

ps... if the traffic on the opposite side highbeams you, that means your headlights are too high.
