The b&m is an easy install, you have to cut the top of the stock fpr where as the aem replaces the entire piece.

B&M and AEM are both have a tendancy to go bad. Sad to say I have the AEM, but the diaphram is still good after 2 years, so maybe I got lucky. But i've seen my fair share of ruined B&M and ruined AEM's. Aeromotive is the way to go...
