Default REAR SUSPESION SWAP ON 2001 CIVIC

hi i would need some serious info on what to buy for a 2001 civic coupe 2 door model ex i have the drums in the rear and would like to change to disc brakes i heard that i would have to change the whole rear full suspension from my car and buy a new one or from scrap yard remove mine add new one they said everything arms and all had to be changed is that true or is there cheaper or easier way i can get it done for 700 all costs done for the whole swap is there a better cheaper way thanks? oh yeah i have allready lowered the suspension with eibach sportline 1.5 drop i have kyb agg adjustable shocks on it now and the new suspension would come off the civic 2001 si hatch model is that the exact same as me?
