Default 2000 civic need service 90k

sup,
i just bought a 2000 civic si...now 81k...when it hits 90k should i take it to the honda stealership for service or can any mechanic do it for me? what is necessary for the 90k service? How much would it cost for the dealership to do the job? thanks

general maintenance spark plugs, timing belts, flushing of coolants, service tranny fluid, fuel filter cap and rotor
