Default Knocking/Thumping noise

I just recently put a new clutch, pressure plate and flywheel into my 1997 Honda Prelude sh, and i hit about 600 miles on the new clutch today...just recently in the last few days...i've noticed this knocking/thumping noise coming when ever i disengage my clutch and go into gear...i can feel this also when it happens...but its not just on the pedal..its like a whole thump. It happens also when if im in any gear..and my rpms are low..like at 1000, or even 1500 then i press the gas very slightly, so its not too loud, i can hear the thumping. The funny thing is, when i put it in reverse, i dont hear/feel it when i disengage the clutch, but i do hear/feel it if i get going and then let the rpm settle down to about 1000-1500 and then press the gas very slightly to accelerate.
Anyone got any ideas what the hell is goin on?
Thanks
