The lights inside with the High beams and Sidemarkers (On fenders) should be on with the parking lights, Shouldnt flash. The Turn signals (outermost lights on the headlights will flash when turn signal or hazards are on. If not someone wired it wrong.
the lights inside with the high beams dont flash/blink. the fender lights are not on when the parking lights are on. and my hazards dont work
. turn signals (the outer part of the house) blink with the side markers.

Sounds like it just wasnt wired up properly
i got the schematic and i appreciate it, but i thought the integras were prewired for fogs, if that isn't the case is why i need to use a cruise control harness? can someone please clarify this, i really didnt' want to run alot of wires through the dash and engine bay
ohh well, i'll let a shop do it probably.

You guys have to read through the whole thing

You dont have to run much wire at all, Only from the fusebox to the switch and relay, which are all within a few inches from each other, You can bolt the relay near the fusebox. There is already a wire running through the firewall from the interior to the engine bay, just connect the inside end to the relay and the outside to the foglights. As far as the amount of wire being used inside the car if you add it all up its only about 12-18" Total.
Its not too hard at all Take your time and keep it neat, use some Tubing etc it will look stock.
