Default Rear Sway Bar and Tie Bar in 1994 H/B CIVIC???????? (PLEASE HELP)

For quarter mile racing are these bars any type of benefit or not? I have a Type R rear sway bar and rear lower tie bar but not sure if I should put them on or keep them off. The car will be used for both racing and street use but not everyday street use.

ALL SUGGESTIONS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

THANKS!!

They will not help you in the quarter mile at all. They will make you slower because of added weight (not much).

They are used to reduce body roll in turns and promote over/understeer.

Keep you rear sway and tie bar on. That's a given. It'll give your car a more balanced feel.

Rear sway bar is not used to "promote" understeer.

Ya I know. I was talking about sway bars, I didn't mention front or rear.
Front sway bar= more understeer
Rear sway bar= moreoversteer
You know I know this.

Alright so for my overall use I should keep them on?

I want what will benefit the most and weight is not an issue as it wont make such a big difference. I just dont want to have to take them off if I go to the track then put them back on for the street.
