how do i get the damn thing off??!!??

 

there is a 19 mill nut in the center of the wheel on the 4th gen so imagine its teh same cause it is on teh tegs and my 87 rex column dont have teh wheel and it look like its just a nut uf there is a eblum try and see if it comes off thats how teh 4th works teh hides teh nut
