my girlfriend just got me another rex. i have a dilemma..do i get a b16 engine in it or put a d16 with mini me and turbo in it? the guy here at a local shop can supply either for the same price. any advice would be great

 

i would think if you shop around for a b16 now a days you can get it for $1000 -$1500 full swap... mini-me setup cost about $400-$700 and turbo (not really too sure) depends on setup...

i would say go b16 cuz if you go mine-me your CR would be a little too high for boost anyways... i mean you can still boost it but not that high...

 

i would go with the B16 as well. i like the aftermarket support that the B16 has, there is a much wider selection of things to choose from and build with.
