CTR or RSX-R?
I guess I'm just curious since I read Mike's post on the possibility of the CTR coming to the US and NOT the RSX-R
Which would you rather have (even if you aren't going to plan on purchasing either if they do come here)?

Either as long as Its not a watered down version, I would love a DC5R to come here But, after finding out that other countries are getting a Type S with a Type R interior, and the fact that we never get a Type R interior (Recaro's MOMO etc.) So if it does come I'm wondering what they will include, Hopefully not just a few cosmetic upgrades.

well since I've never driven either................................
plus the DC5R would have to be pretty cheap to consider buying it over a WRX, etc. The Civic is FUGLY.. hehe

To tell you the truth I would choose to have neither. If i do have to choose one, it would be the RSX-R, because it has a higher retail value, then I would sell it off, and buy another DC2 R.

Considering that we already have an RSX S I highly dought that Honda of America would introduce an RSX R that would be even closley related. How would they ever be able market the two cars? If there gonna bring an R the relationship would be more like the GSR and the Type R except that they will be called Type S and Type R.
this has already been covered a million times...just because the names are similar doesnt mean they wont bring it. Anyone who is going to buy a Type-R knows the difference anyway.
No no no....you got me all wrong. I mean I really do think they will bring it, it's just that it won't be a watered down version like a Type S. They will have to make them two completely different cars to market it them, which means a Type S would be a Type S and a Type R be a Type R.
i know this aint the subject but how about the new si hatch with the new crv block... just a thought, and how about that new crx that looks like a mini-rsx...i would rather have that from the pic i saw
WTF is the RSX-R??? Dont you fools see. There is an RSX, RSX Type S and Integra Type R.... there is no RSX-R. jeez

Ummm considering the fact that Integra's are no longer made in the U.S., it most likely would be called the RSX-R wouldn't it?

LOL Gord...you should post more often.
I am as guilty as anyone, I called it RSX-R too. that's based on the assumption that it's coming to the US....
Mike, then you would basically have a CTR, minus the LSD and some minor bits. Try to get your hands on the DC5R motor once morons like me start buying the cars and crashing them.
