Rattle Questions
I drive a 96 ls integra with a Skunk 2 exhaust and have recently developed a rattle that I did't have before I got a new radiator put in. Probably a month or so after the radiator was put in the rattle started occuring. It happens between 2 1/2 and 3 thousand rpms. I have taken all of the heat shield out from under the car and it is still rattling (It can be clearly heard in and out of the car). I checked the heat shield around the stock exhaust manifold and it is tight. What could be rattling and how do I fix it? Thanks.
P.S. It only rattles when the motor has warmed up.

Check this. I had the same problem after putting my Invidia CAT back system on. Sounded like the rattle was concentrated under the shifter near the firewall.
I had taken all the heat shields off, so I knew it wasn't that. After we got it up on the lift, we noticed the problem.
The Sensor on the High Flow cat I installed was butted right against the bottom of my teg. More than average vibration from the 2K to 3K RPM level in 2nd and 3rd gear rattled it like hell!
Let me know if find that it is a problem area for your exhaust too.
