NO YOU WILL NOT. All you have to do is remove the pans from your CRX seats and put them on the LS seats (which means removing the pans from the LS seats as well). they will fit right on and keep your same railing so you can just bolt it back onto the stock mounting holes in the CRX. If you do a search in archived you will find pictures of this being done.
Edit: This can be done with most Honda seats. Someone did it with S2000 seats, GSR Leather seats, etc.
