Default Car not running right...... Sometimes.

When I'm driving "<U>sometimes</U>" it acts funny for a short amout of time. I will be driving at a steady rpm say 3,500 and the car would "bog" down. OR... When I would accelerate <U>"sometimes" </U>I would push the pedal to the floor and it wouldn't accelerate. It sounds like it not getting any gas or something. I don't know... FOR HUMOR PURPOSES THIS IS WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE &gt;&gt;&gt; okay. "BRAAH(1st gear), BRAAAH(2nd gear), BRAAA-AA--A-A-A-AAAA-A-AH " (I hope that sounded like my T1R exhaust! ) It can "<U>sometimes</U>" happen in any gear any time. There's my problem. I haven't checked it out yet, just wanted to post to see if any knew what is going wrong.

Miles?

Last tune up? Spark plugs, cap & rotor, fuel filter, air filter, valve adjustment?

I have a Ek civic hatch w/ a JDM B18C swap approx. 50,000 miles. Everything is stock except for intake and exhaust. Even if I try shifting gears, it will still continue for about 3 to 10 seconds. It will happen during full throttle. It has been happening for about a 2 weeks. It happens like once or twice about every 3 days. New timing pump, water pump, plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor done with swap about 2 years ago. I've had no problems until now. It doesn't burn oil with street driving but, when I go to NASA events I have to keep refilling the oil after every session.

I did not want to explain myself but...

First I asked what car you have so it could be diagnosed properly and also find out what forum you should be asking in.
Now that I see you have a HYBRID maybe you should try asking there.

and for the "Maybe this is another person who has their head up their ***..."
I guess you have not read too much of H-T, there are a lot of funky people here that post the wildest chit that should not have been posted or posted in the wrong forums.

you didn't tell us anything regarding what was done to the motor, what car you drive, and any last maintenance so for all we know, you could just be dickin' around.

I didn't post in the hybrid section because I thought that forum would be posted for engine swaps that are recently done with motor problems. I figured since I had no problems for 2 years and it is a type r motor, why not just post it in this forum with other type r's. Thanks for all the suggestions !
