Anyone know the part number for this ecu? Is it a p09 or p19??

There was no auto version of the 93-96 H22a ever offered in North America. There was an automatic offered in Japan with the H22a. I don't know what the part# would be... But you should be able to use any JDM H22a auto ecu from 92-96 with a '96 H22a and auto tranny.

You might do better asking in Accord forums. I've heard of several people with automatic H22a swaps into Accords. But I've never heard of anyone with an auto swap on a 4th gen Prelude...

The ecu is still a p13 part number except for the following few numbers that indicate that it is a auto.

 

This is the part # 37820-P13-900 JDM auto tranny..
