Aren't those only in Japan? How much would it be to get the glass top sent over to the states?

Yes I will be doing it myself I went to school for welding. I was just checking to see if it was very complicated. The glasstop you can sometimes find on ebay. They go for about $700 plus shipping.

I've been trying to find one for awhile...You will to remove you windshield (which is bound to break), remove interior roof trim them drill out all the spot welds.
Should be pretty easy to install since there shouldent be any body work involved

you can not just cut your roof off and put the glass one in. You will need to cut the roof off at te A pillars and reweld onto your car. There is alot of work to be done to make this work and fit corretcly and not leak.

You have to becareful when doing a roof skin on unibodies as thats the support for the car. If you just cut it out and dont support it the car could flex enough to put some indirect damage possibly on the car.

1. So yeh put a support accross the upper roof area( ie bar welded for
temp use maybe a X setup going from b pillar to a pillar. Hot rod guys do
this when they take bodies of cars for full restos to keep **** straight.

2. Remove interior and Get a spotweld drill bit and drill out spot welds

3. Fit glass roof on and weld it on.
I may have missed some stuff but thats the basic important steps
