Default research question on turbos and hp

are there any calculators or equations that can estimate a hp figure of a motor with a turbo? for example, if i have an H22 (132 cu. in. motor), with a Garret TS04 turbo with .68 A/R turbine housing, running 30 psi of boost, can i estimate a hp figure?

just to let everyone know, this is a research paper for a senior level internal combustion class, so this is not a real situation. i dont wanna hear **** like, "WTF 30 psi with a TS04??!!! you're stupid! blah blah blah"
