Alignment settings recommendations (for an Integra)...
If you guys could help out asap, that'd be great. I have to get back to the guy doing my alignment, so I need to get him specs. Here's my current setup:
1994 Acura Integra GS-R
Stock front and rear sway bars (24mm/14mm)
-looking to upgrade to a 22mm in the rear very soon
Koni OTS Sport Yellow shocks
Ground Control coilovers w/ 450F/600R spring rates
Ground Control upper shock mounts
15"x7" Rota Slipstreams
Falken Azenis
I called Ground Control and they suggest 2.0F/0.5-1.0R (all negative camber of course) with 0-1/4" toe out in the rear. Any other suggestions? Should I go for 0 toe in the front?
Please advise. Thanks!

The reason for my asking is because of my particular setup. One question is this: Should there be more toe out in the front than the rear? Or vice versa?
depends personal preference and on how much you want your tires to wear... also, is this a daily driver? If it is, then I'd just go with zero toe all the way around and get a bigger rear bar.
As always, just my $0.02
Christian, who'd probably put the 600# springs up front and the 450's in the rear...

Your setup isnt any different than most track/autox integra.

Good luck with that.
Since you don't have adjustable arms, shoot for 1.5 - 2.0 neg camber (without running out of shock travel), and if it's a street car, set toe to factory spec.

On my H4 car I run a simular suspention setup
3.5 deg neg in front
2.5 deg neg in rear
0 toe all the way around.
I would not suggest running that on the street tho!
