ive had neuspeed race springs along with Bilstein HD shocks on my 97 LS and the ride was HORRIBLE. Sure it looked great, just like the pics above, but u felt every bump on the road. ( i live in NY where theres potholes evey 10 feet) IMO neuspeed race springs
i got a set of H&R sport springs and the drop wasnt too much off from the neuspeed race springs. the ride was a helluva lot better than those race springs. higly recommend the H&R sports. heres a pic of my car with the sport springs:

when i had the race springs they were very bouncy. i couldnt go over 10 mph when i was driving over small bumps in the road. with the H&R sports, i drive at normal speeds over the same bumps with hardly no bounciness.
race springs give bouncy ride. go with the sports. even though they say 1.75" and 1.5" drop, it is actually more lower than that- about 2" all the way around

Race springs are stiff, and will make the ride bumpy. However if you have shocks that can handle the high spring rates, it will NOT be bouncy.
Bouncy is when the suspension continues to pitch up and down after hitting a bump or dip because the shocks can't control the spring's forces.
I have Koni shocks and Ground Control coilovers w/ 380/450 F/R rates and the ride is very harsh on rough roads, but very controlled. Never bouncy.

Don't be giving the thumbs down just because they don't ride comfortable. They're race springs, what do you expect? I helped build a CRX a few years ago w/ that exact same setup that you had, and that thing handled like it was on rails.

yea my car handled good when i had the race springs, but the car was daily driven and i couldnt put up with the spring rate on those things. thats why i gave them a thumbs down for ride quality, not performance. again it was my opinion, and u have ur's too
H&R race when they were first installed, they sagged about another inch all around. I would never buy these springs again.
Poor quality, horrible daily ride comfort, and too low after they sag. Spend the extra 100$ and pick up a set of ground controls IMO. I also think they screwed up by making the front spring rates only 350 and rear 450. Too soft and low in the front. You also need a really good shock.

I'm pretty sure H&R Race springs are NOT higher spring rate in the back.
Actually I'm pretty sure most if not all aftermarket spring sets have higher rates in the front, probably for liability reasons.

all aftermarket springs i have ever seen use higher rates in the front... unless it's a drag sprin or coilover.

Where are you getting this info from? I highly doubt the rates are listed on the springs themselves. They weren't listed on my H&R Sport springs.
im on koni yellows and h&r race. i have negative wheel gap and my tires rub on every little dip in the road, even with the shocks adjusted to the stiffest position.
The ride is fine, but the rubbing sucks da butt.
anyway, the car looks awesome. I have less than a 12oz coke for ground clearance.

man how did you guys get yoour cars so low with just springs?!?!?!? mycar was still 10 feet tall with my h&r springs! and i got the lowest springs possible! (not the coiloversetup thats like a grand)
