Default Energy Suspension Kit?

What do people who have this think of the kit? How much did it run you? How much would installation be? I heard the squeak, that sucks if it is true. Cause my bushings rub right now, and I was thinking maybe the energy kit would be better, but not if the sqeak too.

They won't squeak at all if you install them properly. I replaced every single bushing in my GSR with ES bushings. It took 3 of us 6 hours working nonstop in a shop that had all the right tools. It's not an easy task, and you must have a bushing press and a lift doesn't hurt either.

The difference is amazing but I'm not entirely sure it's necessarily all for the best. It changes the effects of the entire suspension, so you better be prepared to make some changes afterwards either in other suspension parts, or else your driving techniques. I wouldn't recommend it for a regular daily driver, but if you race, it'll definitely stiffen things up!
