Are USDM 98' and 00' ITR floormats the exact same?

Are USDM 98' and 00' ITR floormats the exact same?
I know for sure that the 01' ITR mats are all black. Anyone know if the 98' and 00' USDM ITR floormats are the same (zebra striped ones) for sure? 
P.S. Anyone got a brand new set of 00' ITR floor mats they wanna sell?

The reason whyt hey are different is that in 01 the Integra's came with floor mats form the factory and they were no longer availble as an accesory. But in 97-00 they were and accesory part that was added to the vehicle when the car was bought.
