How are they compared to what? 500f/400r are relatively stiff.... Remember to match it up with shocks that can handle those rates

Its going to be considerably stiffer. If you want these for the street, IMO their overkill.

According to most sources the H&R Sport springs are 276 lb/in all around, so you make the comparison.

How is that overkill? Maybe he wants a stiff ride on the streets. IMO, that is still not even that stiff.

What do you want the springs for? That should dictate the spring rates for your ride.

IntegraBoy04, you've been reading 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' ?

they're 10Kf/8Kr which translate to around 500f/400r.
I have mine on KYB w/ AGX's set on the 3rd stiffest stetting. I was expecting a really harsh ride, but it turned out to be very bearable. I love the ride! You'll really feel the road, but very it's bearable. IMO it is nowhere near overkill.

Why do you want coilovers then, why not just springs?

I'd say since you are not about track racing or anything like that, just get the KYB AGX. I had those, and they were nice for daily driving.

'You can have anything you want if you will give up the belief that you can't have it.' is a quote from Rich Dad Poor Dad, a book that was New York Times' best seller translated into many languages and distributed around the globe.

My car is a daily driver and the AGXs suit me fine. It's nice to have adjustability with coilovers, but i doubt you will adjust them that often. I decided to get coilovers because it had a really good deal on them and from past experiences, just having the option of raising or lowering the car wouldnt hurt.
