Default 90-91 vs. 92-93 wiring differences for b18b 94-95 swap?

I'm in the market for a DA. My question is; I have heard the 90-91 has a different harness(plugs) then the 92-93, I think? My friend has a 93 Rs DA and the 95 b18b went right in. Someone told me the 93 models have the 94-95 wiring harness or newer OBD1 model,(the same). Is this true.

If this is true i will try to seek out a 93, but what about the 92?? Even, at that, is 90-91 really different??? By buying a 90-91 I can save money but if I have to change/re-wire crap forget it, I will pay a little more for a 92-93.

Some one help.

P.S. I have a B18b engine and want to swap it in the DA without the hassle of doing anything.(i.e wiring, mounts, tranny(hydro-cable), ect...)

Thanks JOhn

the reason a 92-93 da is a direct swap is because it's obd1, with a 90-91 da it can be a direct swap, if u keep the originally intake manifold. I fortunately swapped my im for a p75 (95 ls im). There was some modification but not much.

Yeah a few a plugs are different, I believe it's the map sensor you have to convert if u use the 95 intake mani and tb.

90-91 obd0
92-93 obd1

You can put any b-series motor in ether car years (not h22 or k20)

If you buy a 90-91 da when you put the motor in you just need to put in a obd0 dizzy...

92-93 is obd1 and if you swap it in to that just use that dizzy if it comes with it or get a obd1 dizzy...

Search you will find your answer.....

Also try http://www.G2IC.com

Damn just get a da and put a h22 in it.

Overall try to get a 92-93.
