You should be fine. Just make sure the filter don't fall off. I don't know how good they fit onto the stock tube.
Also, if you have a 94 EX you should have a F22B1 SOHC V-TEC.

it don't say it on top? F22B1's have the H and V-TEC writen on top. Are you sure you have a 94 EX? Maybe you have a LX or a DX? Or maybe the motor was swapped for a non-VTEC motor before you bought it? And since you say it says it has Honda 16 Valve writen on top, sounds like you have a F22B2 motor.
If your valve cover doesn't say VTEC on it, and your car is an EX, you might've gotten ripped off. Would be a shame if someone switched the emblem to an EX to make some extra cash.
If you look to the left of the exhaust manifold, it should say F22B1 if it is in fact an EX.
Does your muffler have 2 tips or 1?

Even if they switched the emblem the vin # would still say it was an ex

Do you have a moonroof? Only EX's and Special Editions (LX w/EX options) came with one.

well, sounds like he was ripped off by a used car lot. it's very common for a carlot to swap package codes to improve resale value. I walked onto a lot in Georgia with 5 EK Civic Si's. I had to break their hearts that the Si was never available with rear drum brakes, had the imfamous B16 dual-cam VTEC, had alloy wheels, and was only offered in 1999 and 2000. anyways...
as far as Canadian Accords in 1994-95, there was the DX, LX, EX, and rare EX-R. the dx, lx, and ex were just like the American version, down to the letter, with the exception of the VIN code. The EX-R was simply the EX with slightly stiffer springs, better valved struts, different alloy wheels, and an EX-R badge.
if the car in question is a true EX, look for a bird's nest of ABS lines that run along the wheelwells under the hood (the only thing I hate about the EX. makes the underhood look nasty
), rear disc brakes
, the F22B1 VTEC motor
, and dual exhaust tips (unless the car has visited a really crappy muffler shop).
BTW, i had to edit the post 4 times about the Civic Si's before i was flamed too hard.

No i don't have a moon roof, i wish haha
and i still can't find that number to see what kinda engine it is
but i'm pretty sure the car is a 1994 honda accord ex, sedan, automatic
i just bought it like a week ago
it has low kms 115,000kms to be exact
its in really good shape, and has been well kept up!!
the guy i bought it from was 70 something, and has had it serviced every 5000kms
he also had the timing belt and trans fluid and a/c all changed at 100,000kms
maybe i did get ripped off, who knows?! haha
its my first honda, so im new to the whole honda bit
thanks for the help

well, since you said you don't have a moonroof then it's not a EX. Would you mind posting up part of your vin number? Just don't post the last 8 digits or whatever, thats what thieves would need to get a key for your car and take it. But if you post up the other digits, it's not enough for thieves to steel but it will help us tell you what model you bought. Also, what does your title say? Doesn't the title list which trim model it is?
