I believe the Y8 manifold will fit. I believe it also flows way better than the D16A6 and even the D16Z6.
I think you can even use the B18 or the ZC throttle body to increase flow. I think you will have to port match it though.

The D16Y8 manifold is able to house B-series throttle bodies on it which is cool.

The site on the link was "temoroarily unavialable" so I will list things from each motor you will need from my memory.

From the d16y8 I used:
Fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, throttle cable bracket, coolant hose that runs through im back to the block(on the tb side and does a U turn), and all sensors.

From the d15b2 im I used:
intake air temp sensor and that's it.

Problems you might run into:
My fuel return hose on the car was too short and also a different inside diameter. I jerry-rigged it so it's safe and long enough.

In order to make the intake air temperature sensor mostly functional I had to trim the tabs off of it with a dremel and slip a large hose over it and step it down to a size that would fit one of the extra ports on the IM.

If you have any other questons post them here and I'll try to help the best I can. GL
