A local guy here sells his 2 Type R sways bars ... do they fit bolt-on on my car and is it a good thing to get them for cheap... I mean I just have a OEM front sway bar...

There are two different front sways from an ITR - and the only difference will be the endlinks that you require. Look at them carefully and compare them to your stock Sway bar - you will know what I mean when you see them compared to yours....
Likewise, if you choose to get the sway that does not fit your car then all you have to do is purchase endlinks....

Both bars will fit. Your control arms in the front already have holes for the bushings. just bolt it up where your old one was.
The rear you will need to get lower control arms from a 94-01 integra, they come of a del sol to, but i forget what years.
I suggest if your going with one that big in the back look into subframe reinforcement. i personally am running the beaks kit. http://www.beaksproducts.com
They have a short article on running a huge rear bar with no reinforcement with the subframe pictures to tell the story. Make sure you read that. Good luck
