on normal weekdays, i shift at 3-3.5k rpms to save gas by not hittin VTEC. the problem is that when i shift to 3rd gear, the car slightly vibrates around 2600 to 2900 rpms as i accelerate moderately.. not heavy or light acceleration, but normal.. other than that, everything is fine... rips on top end.. anyone else has this problem? (engine is in 95 EJ coupe. daily driven. all mounts used are the stock ITR mounts EXCEPT for the transmission mount. the car was an automatic before, so a Hasport "auto-to-manual" transmission mount was used.)

You would be better off askin this in the Hybrid forum as i am sure not too many guys/gals in here have ej coupes with ITR motors

true, but they still have the engine. im sure that maybe ONE of them might be experiencing something like this.

Under acceleration (meaning light or heavy)? Steady throttle position? need more info.

moderate acceleration.. not soft acceleration, but definitely not hard acceleration... NORMAL acceleration, if that applies to any ITR owners.. hahah

oh no, i did not mean any attitude towards jon... me and jon are both hybrids in here and we both know that.. the reason why i asked him that question is because i wanted to know if he had the same problem i had when he had it in his civic. IN NO WAY WAS I TRYING TO PROVOKE ANY PROBLEMS OR ATTITUDE TOWARDS JON. that's my fellow itr hybrid and i placed this thread here too cuz i wanted to know if there are any itr owners here that might be experiencing the same vibration problems that im having.
