I want to put reverse indiglo gauges in my 92 Civic Si but I cant find any. I can only find gauges for the Civic EX. I know that if there is a difference it is the Redline indicated. I wanted to know the REDLINE was the same in an EX and SI, if not what is the difference?

The EX and the SI <US models> have the same engine. Same redline. Should be fine.
